1. SexTracker MoneyTree will not accept hits from newsgroup, email, or text spam. They will not be counted and you will not be paid for them. Any attempt to defraud the SexTracker MoneyTree program will result in the termination of the webmaster's account and the forfeiture of any and all monies due. Webmaster shall not send or cause to be sent any email, text, or other communication relating to any website owned by or affiliated with ICF Technology, Inc. which in any way violates U.S., California, other state, other country, or other laws regarding unlawful or prohibited emails, text, or other communications. In the event any third party brings a claim, lawsuit, or other legal action against ICF Technology, Inc. or any of its related entities relating to any email, text, or other communication which webmaster sent or in any way caused to be sent, then webmaster agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend ICF Technology, Inc. and any of its related entities against any such claim, lawsuit, or other legal action (including attourney's fees).
2. Self signups/test signups are not allowed. If a self signup is discovered without notification to support@mtree.com, SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the right to deduct or refuse payment for the join or cancel the account entirely.
3. Any attempt to defraud the SexTracker MoneyTree program will result in the termination of the webmaster's account and the forfeiture of any and all monies due.
4. Webmasters modifying surfers' browser settings without the surfers' express consent will be presumed to be sending unsolicited advertising. These cases will be treated in the same way as email spam and will result in the termination of the webmaster's account and the forfeiture of any and all monies due.
5. Webmaster expressly agrees that webmaster's or any affiliated sites will not contain any illegal and/or objectionable materials, including, but not limited to, child pornography, rape, incest or bestiality.
6. SexTracker MoneyTree will not allow webmasters to directly or indirectly offer third parties any incentive or bonus (including but not limited to payment of money, discounts, products or other benefits) for viewing or joining SexTracker MoneyTree products using their SexTracker MoneyTree affiliate linking code, nor will webmasters require third parties to join sites as a requirement to accessing other products or services.
7. SexTracker MoneyTree has a pay structure based on traffic productivity. The more sign-ups your traffic generates, the more you get paid. If a webmaster's sign-up ratio is below .05% (1 sign up per 2000 hits sent), we reserve the right to terminate an account and pay webmaster all monies due (unless the webmaster is found to be cheating) within a reasonable period of time.
8. SexTracker MoneyTree processes checks weekly. The SexTracker MoneyTree system updates on Sundays 12AM PT, payments are processed over the next two days and checks are sent out at that point.
9. To participate in SexTracker MoneyTree, the webmaster must be at least 18 years of age.
10. SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such a case, you will be notified immediately and paid for all clicks and/or signups accumulated up to that point in time within a reasonable period of time, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement in any way.
11. SexTracker MoneyTree is not responsible for any loss (economic or otherwise) due to downtime resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
12. SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the exclusive right to deny any prospective affiliate admittance into our program, based on the content of the affiliate's website or for any other reason.
13. SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the exclusive right to change the payout rate without notice.
14. Webmaster agrees that any funds or amounts paid by SexTracker MoneyTree to Webmaster will not be used by Webmaster for any "Prohibited Use." A "Prohibited Use" is defined as Webmaster using funds or amounts paid by SexTracker MoneyTree, directly or indirectly, for any of the following purposes or uses: (1) To engage in any act of illegal money laundering, or to support or contribute to any person, organization, or other entity engaging in any act of illegal money laundering; (2) To engage in any act of or planning of terrorism of any type, or to support or contribute to any person, organization, or other entity engaging in or planning any act of terrorism of any type; (3) To engage in or support any type of war or armed conflict between countries or between groups or organizations; or (4) To engage in any or to support in any way any illegal activity of any type, as determined by applicable laws. If SexTracker MoneyTree discovers that Webmaster is using any funds or amounts paid by SexTracker MoneyTree to Webmaster for any "Prohibited Use," then Webmaster's account with SexTracker MoneyTree will be immediately terminated and SexTracker MoneyTree will have no obligation to make any future payments to Webmaster.
15. Sextracker Moneytree is not responsible for funds after they have been submitted to Epassporte. Epassporte is not required to follow federally funded bank guidelines; they do not provide confirmation numbers and are not guaranteed like bank wires. We will provide whatever confirmation we have that funds have been sent, but Mtree is not responsible for affiliate access to those funds in Epassporte. All disputes of funds not received should be directed at Epassporte customer service.
16. Webmaster agrees to refrain from any and all illegal activities in promotion of Sextracker MoneyTree programs/products. Webmasters promoting Sextracker MoneyTree are expected to adhere to acceptable usage policies for any sites used to promote the program. Abuse reports recieved are logged and investigated by Sextracker MoneyTree, and if found to be valid, accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice and payments withheld.
17. Webmaster shall provide to SexTracker MoneyTree copies of all documents necessary for Webmaster to be compliant with the Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements of SexTracker MoneyTree's financial institutions. If Webmaster fails to provide such documents and is KYC non-compliant, then, upon reasonable notice by SexTracker MoneyTree, Webmaster shall forfeit all rights to receive any payments from SexTracker MoneyTree and Webmaster's account with SexTracker MoneyTree will be closed.

SexTracker MoneyTree Free Cams / Free Gay Cams / Free Tranny Cams Terms of Service

1. Webmaster expressly agrees not to modify SexTracker MoneyTree's code during and after webmaster's affiliation with SexTracker MoneyTree. Webmaster agrees that any proposed modifications are expressly subject to the sole discretion/approval of SexTracker MoneyTree. Any unauthorized modifications and/or copying by webmaster will result in immediate termination of webmaster's account and SexTracker MoneyTree will be entitled to pursue all available remedies under all applicable laws and/or equity.
2. Webmaster agrees that signups sent to the program are in fact valid and true - any attempt to fraud the system in any way will result in account termination.
3. Webmaster agrees to refrain from any and all illegal activities, including, but not limited to, spamming, pyramid schemes, "work from home" systems, and false representation of the program. Any activities, illegal or otherwise, which SexTracker MoneyTree deems to be inappropriate at its sole discretion, will result in immediate termination of webmaster's account. Webmaster agrees to indemnify SexTracker MoneyTree for all liability and damages arising out of webmaster's activities, including attorney's fees.
4. Webmaster understands and agrees that any violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions by webmaster will result in total cancellation of and forfeiture of any and all payment(s) for any activity on webmaster's account.
5. Webmaster agrees that SexTracker MoneyTree has the exclusive right to determine if any violation(s) have occurred.
6. SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the right to convert Free Cams join(s) to the Revshare Cams program and/or terminate a webmaster's account if the join conversions do not justify the Free Cams payout being issued. Changes in this regard may take place at any time without prior notice to the webmaster.
7. SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the exclusive right to change and/or amend the aforementioned terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

SexTracker MoneyTree Revshare Cams / Revshare Gay Cams / Revshare Tranny Cams Terms of Service

1. Webmaster expressly agrees not to modify SexTracker MoneyTree's code during and after webmaster's affiliation with SexTracker MoneyTree. Webmaster agrees that any proposed modifications are expressly subject to the sole discretion/approval of SexTracker MoneyTree. Any unauthorized modifications and/or copying by webmaster will result in immediate termination of webmaster's account and SexTracker MoneyTree will be entitled to pursue all available remedies under all applicable laws and/or equity.
2. Webmaster agrees to refrain from any and all illegal activities, including, but not limited to, spamming. Any activities, illegal or otherwise, which SexTracker MoneyTree deems to be inappropriate at its sole discretion, will result in immediate termination of webmaster's account. Webmaster agrees to indemnify SexTracker MoneyTree for all liability and damages arising out of webmaster's activities, including attorney's fees.
3. Webmaster understands that he/she will earn the current percentage rate of revenue generated by joins sent through the webmaster's Moneytree link, less the same percentage of any credits and chargebacks which occur. Earnings contiue for the life of the member account.
4. Webmaster agrees that signups sent to the program are in fact valid and true - any attempt to fraud the system in any way will result in account termination.
5. Webmaster understands and agrees that any violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions by webmaster will result in total cancellation of and forfeiture of any and all payment(s) for any activity on webmaster's account.
6. Webmaster agrees that SexTracker MoneyTree has the exclusive right to determine if any violation(s) have occurred.
7. SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the exclusive right to change and/or amend the aforementioned terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

SexTracker MoneyTree Webmaster Referral Terms of Service

1. Webmaster agrees that webmaster's account will be credited with the referred webmaster only if referred webmaster is sent via the provided link.
2. In order to receive payment, webmaster understands that referred webmaster's account must be current and active, and in complete compliance with SexTracker MoneyTree terms and conditions.
3. SexTracker MoneyTree agrees to pay webmaster a percentage of all earnings accrued by the referred webmaster in any active SexTracker MoneyTree program. Please refer to the Programs section of the site to view current rates.
4. Webmaster may not self-refer.
5. Any fraud, misrepresentation or any illegal activities conducted by webmaster will result in immediate termination of webmaster's SexTracker MoneyTree account and forfeiture of all payments derived from such fraud, misrepresentation or any illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to pyramid schemes, "get rich quick", "work from home" and any other misrepresentation of the program itself.
6. Webmaster understands and agrees that any violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions by webmaster will result in total cancellation of and forfeiture of any and all payment(s) for any activity on webmaster's account.
7. Webmaster agrees that SexTracker MoneyTree has the exclusive right to determine if any violation(s) have occurred.
8. SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the exclusive right to change and/or amend the aforementioned terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

SexTracker MoneyTree Pay Per Join Terms of Service

1. Webmaster expressly agrees not to modify SexTracker MoneyTree's code during and after webmaster's affiliation with SexTracker MoneyTree. SexTracker MoneyTree Pay Per Impression Terms of Service

1. Pay Per Impression program pays out bi-weekly.
2. Webmaster expressly agrees not to modify SexTracker MoneyTree's code during or after his/her affiliation with SexTracker MoneyTree without the express written permission of SexTracker MoneyTree. Any unauthorized modifications will result in immediate termination of webmaster's account and SexTracker MoneyTree will be entitled to any damages and/or relief available under all applicable laws.
3. Upon termination of affiliation with SexTracker MoneyTree, webmaster agrees that he/she will destroy the code and any copies thereof immediately, which SexTracker MoneyTree has the right to inspect.
4. Webmaster agrees to maintain a 1% Click Thru Rate ("CTR"). If Webmaster's CTR is well below average, Moneytree has the right to disable the account.
5. SexTracker MoneyTree reserves the exclusive right to change the payout rate without notice.
